Denial

A number of years ago I wrote a letter on the Sin of Jeroboam and how that has carried over to our generation.  In last Wednesday's Jerusalem meeting we discussed why many "Spirit filled," New Covenant believers refuse to accept the possibility, let alone the fact that they are of the natural seed of the Patriarchs.  Many of them love the Jewish people, come to the land, some are even beginning to celebrate the "Jewish feasts" but are adamant in maintaining their non-Israelite identity.  It is as though the "Jews" are some kind of an exotic breed that if one joins, the glamour will just fade. Another way of looking at this trend is by comparing it to Esau, who was not prepared to take upon himself the responsibility of the birthright.

The thrust of the Last Days move of the Holy Spirit is to turn the hearts of the children back to the forefathers, and has been labeled the "Hebrew Roots".  Unfortunately even within this move, there are many who prefer to spiritualize the identity, just as the Catholic Church did, thus becoming the "Israel of God" and a form of replacement theology.  This theological premise is so strong, that the Protestant churches including the non-denominational "spirit filled" congregations hold on to it for dear life. "God forbid that we are also the natural seed of Isaac and Jacob!" They say.

A term that has stuck with me and that I have just heard from a dis-fellowshipped believer, here in Israel, is "theological politics".  If one dares to say "no" or disagree with the traditional church doctrine and seeks to understand Scriptures as the literal Word of Elohim he is labeled a heretic and is liable to be excommunicated.

What makes this even worse is that the "church" actually becomes a false witness to YHVH's faithfulness to the covenants and promises that He made with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.   I have written so much about this, that you may think it redundant and boring, but when you know something to be true and then sit back and watch the enemy have his way, or worse observe that there is no "fear of YHVH" as to what He is orchestrating, being manifested as denial and unbelief – it is tragic. As mentioned, we too must be careful not to allow this theology, tainted with Catholic and Protestant dogma seep into our world view.

While praying with some friends, Rimona had a vision of a table with only a table cloth on it and a bottle of Johnson's baby oil attached to one of its legs.   The thought was that there is no need for dishes and adult food, as the level of maturity is that of mere babies.  I think that we still carry one of the self-inflicted curses that our forefathers declared after Absalom's defeat:  "Now when all Israel saw that the king did not listen to them, the people answered the king, saying: 'What share have we in David? We have no inheritance in the son of Jesse. To your tents, O Israel! Now, see to your own house, O David!" So Israel departed to their tents'" (1 Kings 12:16).

If you really want to know and understand what is behind the uprisings in the Muslim countries here in the Middle East - it is Satan's attempt to instill his counterfeit plan in place of what the Elohim of Israel is doing.  This is about creating the one nation Islamic Caliphate.  As long as the House of Joseph in the hand of Ephraim remains declaredly a non-Israelite entity, Ishmael and Esau will gladly pick up the sword and fight in order to get the supremacy/birthright.

Same seed at the Harvest

Same seed at the Harvest

When addressing the subject of YHVH's planned harvest, we need to consider an important Torah statute: "You shall not sow your vineyard with different kinds of seed, lest the yield of the seed which you have sown and the fruit of your vineyard be defiled" (Deuteronomy 22:9). Yeshua told a parable about a man who sowed in his field a good seed – wheat. However, during the night an enemy came and covertly sowed another seed. When the time arrived for the harvest, it was evident that two different seeds had been sown (ref. Matthew 13:24-30).

As far as I can ascertain from the Scriptures, YHVH spoke of only one kind of seed that He was going to sow into the 'earth's fields'. To Adam and Noah he told, to multiply and fill the earth but to Abram He made a promise that out of his loins would issue forth a seed that Sarah his wife would bear and birth. This seed was destined to multiply and become a chosen nation that would fill the whole earth with fruit (see Isaiah 27:6). Paul identifies this seed in no uncertain terms: "That is, those who are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of Elohim; but the children of the promise are counted as the seed. For this is the word of promise: "At this time I will come and Sarah shall have a son" (Romans 9:8-9; Genesis 18:10, 14; Genesis 21:12 emphasis added).

YHVH has been overseeing the sowing, the watering, and the growth of this seed into its covenant destiny of multiplicity, just as He had promised to Jacob: "I am YHVH the Elohim of Abraham your father and Elohim of Isaac; the land on which you lie I will give to you and your seed. Also your seed shall be as the dust of the earth; you shall spread abroad to the west and the east, to the north and the south; and in you and in your seed all the families of the earth shall be blessed" (Genesis 28:13-14). In the same declaration Elohim also decreed that this blessing (that was first given to Abraham) would be to the thousandth generation, and that this seed will be in all nations and will bless all the families of the earth. Hence, there are several questions that this topic presents to us.

How are we going to know that YHVH has indeed been true to these promises? Has He proven His faithfulness through the New Covenant that He made specifically with this seed, (see Jeremiah 31:31-33) according to which the seed's progeny would receive the Torah on the tablets of a circumcised heart, be anointed with the Holy Spirit, and would inherit the land promised to their forefathers? Is it possible that the harvest would reveal which seed YHVH has sown? In the second part of the above-mentioned parable, the farmer said to the workers: "Let both [seeds] grow together until the harvest, and at the time of harvest I will say to the reapers, 'First gather together the tares and bind them in bundles to burn them, but gather the wheat into my barn ' " (Matthew 13:30). The farmer knew how to take care of the tares, so that at the time of the harvest only the wheat would be gathered into his barn.

One of the assignments of the Messiah is to bring in the harvest of the seed that His Father had sown. We thus read about Yeshua in Luke 3:17: "His winnowing fan is in His hand, and He will thoroughly clean out His threshing floor, and gather the wheat into His barn; but the chaff He will burn with unquenchable fire." Just as Yeshua knows the sheep of His pasture, so does He also recognize the seed that His Father sowed. Because of the Babylonian nature of the religious systems of this world they will always harbor 'mixtures'. On the other hand, the seed of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob is unmistakable, because it is endowed by the Word of Elohim and has the faith of their father (ref. Romans 4:16), along with the anointing of the Holy Spirit (ref. Galatians 3:29). This is how we are able to determine who the members of the household of Israel/Ephraim are today (at least a remnant thereof): they carry the above described markings.

Expediency of political correctness is the rule of our day. By making use of dispensational doctrine and mixing it with Babylonian theology, we find ourselves misapplying certain scriptures just so as to be able to put foreign seed into the harvest bag. But in this way we diminish the testimony of "the great day of Jezreel" (Elohim's great sowing, ref. Hosea 1:11). YHVH warns that the foreign seeds will contaminate and defile the field and the entire next crop. He says to the priests: "When you brought in foreigners, uncircumcised in heart and uncircumcised in flesh, to be in My sanctuary to defile it -- My house -- and when you offered My food, the fat and the blood, then they broke My covenant because of all your abominations. And you have not kept charge of My holy things, but you have set others to keep charge of My sanctuary for you" (Ezekiel 44:7-8).

The sanctuary of Elohim is the "house of Jacob" and until this house is fully restored by Yeshua, the rest of humanity has to wait before it can come in. If there is no restored tent of Shem, which is now Jacob's, where will Japheth serve? (ref. Genesis 9:27).

I'm very much aware of the scriptures that are used to include the foreigners. Yet we do not want to bring them in before it is time, as it will totally wipe out the testimony or witness of YHVH's faithfulness to the promises that He gave to our forefathers and their seed. It is no small matter to be a false witness. There are a whole host who have received the New Covenant that was given specifically to the "two houses" (ref. Jeremiah 31:31-33), but so far have not understood who their forefathers are, as their hearts have yet to be turned in order to comprehend this truth/mystery. We need to pray for this multitude who are being blinded by the god of this world from seeing the truth of their Hebraic-Abrahamic (through the "promised" seed Isaac) roots. If we are less than crystal clear and make compromises, how will they find their way out of the doctrinal labyrinth?

We are warned that in the last days "hunters" are going to be sent out with their swords and nets, if the hearts of the children (the seed) do not turn back to their fathers (Abraham and Israel). For more on this subject see blog link: The Watchman's Teruah .

AWAKE OH ISRAEL

AWAKE OH ISRAEL, PUT OFF YOUR SLUMBER!!!!!!!

No doubt every one of you is aware of what is happening in the Middle East's Muslim countries. For a number of years, I and many others have written and warned about the gathering of the Islamic nations in order to form the "One Nation Islam", or caliphate. Some of you may remember that I had sent information about a DVD called Farewell Israel, which was placed in every weekend edition of the Jerusalem Post shortly before our last General Elections (in February 2009). In case you have not seen it, you can order a copy from: http://www.farewellisrael.com/buy.html If you are able, get several copies. Perhaps some of the congregations in your area will be willing to have a showing of this important and educational documentary. This "study film" will help you understand what is happening in Egypt at this time, and the (impending) takeover by the same spirit throughout the region. But this is not only a Middle Eastern phenomenon; your nation is probably also contaminated by now, and even if it has not yet been "infiltrated", the ramifications of these occurrences will not fail to affect your part of the world too. A very popular commentator by the name of Glen Becks seems to have a good and realistic grip on this topic. You can watch and listen to him on, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fiRK0Q_7oxA&feature=player_embedded

Pray against the religious spirit of secular humanism that rides on the back of the Greek beast whose government is a form of Democracy (ref. Daniel 7:6; Revelation 13:2). Obviously Islam and Democracy are not compatible. Islam is a form of theocracy (although not of the "Theo" that we know) with the prophet Mohamed at its helm, and a judicial system (Hadith) based on the Koran. However, there are many out there (especially in Europe) who are willing to subject democracy, or bend it, so as to fit Islam's dictates. The Islamists, of course, are only too happy to take advantage of such opportunities. Some of the Muslim regimes may go so far as to feign democracy in order to gain even further backing from the West, since that was the reason for the latter's support of Israel.

The legal system in the West, as well as its democratic forms of
Government were originally based and grounded on the Torah of Moses, from which developed its Judeo-Christian principles. However, in recent years, under the guiding of the spirits mentioned about, even the Ten Commandments have been removed from sight, particularly in institutions that are supposed to represent the rule of law, and justice. Thus lawlessness has pervaded the western nations, which will ultimately lead to chaos and anarchy if not replaced by another legal system. And so, wherever a vacuum is created Muslim law (Sharia) is waiting in the wings to take over.

The western powers seem to be ignorant of Islam and its ways (or perhaps they are just unwilling to look it in the face). When a given Muslim entity or group (be it religious and/or political) is vying for power, until its ambition is satisfied it will reach out to the oppressed by providing benevolent humanitarian aid as a means to attain its goal. This is how Hamas (a wing of the Muslim Brotherhood) has won its popularity among the Palestinian masses in Gaza, and now also in the "West Bank". In the Arab towns in Israel, Judea, Samaria and Gaza new mosques are popping up all over like mushrooms after rain. In the United States and elsewhere efforts to reconcile Christianity and Islam are making headway. To become more familiar with this development, check out the following link:

Did you notice the name of the meeting place? "Beulah" is another name for the land of Israel (ref. Isaiah 62:4).

We already know that the next war with Israel's (united) surrounding nations (Joel 3) will be (first) an all out missile attack on our coastal cities. Israel will not have very much time to react, but react it will… with nuclear strikes on several main Arab urban centers. I do not want to speculate about the future, there are enough books, websites, etc. on the subject that are already out there. But what is of greatest concern to me is the condition of the Believers. Do we know what is happening in our own backyards? Are we watching to see what YHVH will say ("daber") to us… (Habakkuk 2:1)?
